Imma tell you what I wish someone told me 10 years ago as a lonely adhd kid: being annoying is a minor irritation at worst. Being excited about something is ok, you probably aren’t annoying anyone, and even if you are that’s ok too. As long as you don’t do it on purpose, the possibility of irritating someone should not stop you from expressing yourself.

Once again: Being annoying is a minor irritation at worst. Express yourself. Take up space.
